MIKADEZ – desiccant of litter, dry hygienic means for the improvement of sanitary and hygienic conditions of all kinds of animals and birds.
DESCRIPTION: beige powder with a eucalyptus and pine odor consisting of plant and mineral adsorbents.
COMPOSITION: highly active silicon dioxide (Mitoxil), mineral complex (diatomaceous earth, kaolin, zeolite, montmorillonite), no more than% : SiO2 – 66; Al2O3 – 5; Fe2O3 – 5; MgO – 2; CaO – 5; Na2O+K2O – 2, sorbent of plant origin, methenamine, an essential oil of eucalyptus.
INDICATIONS : recommended for use when increasing the risk of infections - in the pre- and postnatal periods in transfer of young animals in other areas, as a means of supplementing the pharmacological treatment for diarrhea and dysentery in animals, as well as the fight against the larvae of flies.
The application of MIKADEZ provides:
- improvement of sanitary condition of the premises
- moisture absorption of more than 250 % of its weight
- absorption of ammonia vapor
- reducing the level of bacterial activity
- reducing mortality, diarrhea.
Recommendations for use of MIKADEZ
Hygiene of preparation litter for poultry litter
Preparation of a dry surface before sifting litter is key to the litter serving throughout the life of the the site. Maintaining a dry barrier between the floor surface and litter allows to reduce recycling of coccidia. Thanks to the "Mikadez" under litter cleaning the farm at the end of the existence of the site is significantly easier.
Hygiene in poultry litter, spraying
Dehumidifier of litter "Mikadez" is used 1-2 times a week in places with high humidity, especially around the watering lines and feeders, to keep them dry and reducing problems with the paws and chest. Improving the health status of the place of access to feed and water leads to improved performance, reduced bacterial activity in the litter and release ammonia.
Doses for all poultry species:
- Adding to the litter 50 g per 1 m ² on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd day and then once a week.
- Treatment of rooms by 50-100 g per 1 m², 1-3 times a week.
The treatment can be carried out in the presence of any kind of bird manually by uniformly by spilling the powder in the required volume (less than cost) or by a special motosprayer.
MIKADEZ has neither cumulative nor carcinogenic properties, non-toxic, safe for people, animals, equipment and the environment.
Shelf life: 36 months from date of manufacture.
